We are happy to bring you 9 great new designs for 2011 to keep your fingers
busy this Fall.

“Quaker Quadrielle”

The fifth Quadrielle in our brand new series, “QUAKER QUADRIELLE,” is
monochromatic with a different Quaker flower motif on each of its four
sides. We’ve worked our model in deep rich Blue but the design can be
worked in any color & you can easily work it “over-one” for a very tiny
Quadrielle. It uses custom dyed micro-mini buttons as it’s embellishment
and is finished rather “plainly” as any Quaker would with an oversized
self-made floss tassel at the bottom. This is an "all-inclusive" kit so
everything needed to stitch it (except your stuffing material) will be
included in the kit for you.....even the needles! We’ve also added a new
section to our website called “Quadrielle Finishing Tips.” Check these
helpful hints out for a new way to finish your Quadrielle and make it more
sturdy.

“Lavender Fields Quadrielle”

Next is “LAVENDER FIELDS QUADRIELLE” with sophisticated floral motifs worked
on each side in gorgeous Purple shades. It uses Purple Cat-Eye Luminescent
beads on each side as a 3-dimensional embellishment. There are many ways to
finish off your Quadrielle. You can select a pre-made decorative tassel or
choose colored ribbon streamers to add a decorative poof at the bottom of
your Quadrielle - but to show yet another way to finish your Quadrielle this
time we added an oversized self-made floss tassel at the bottom & then
“wrapped” the tassel with strings of seed beads and added some dangling
“loops” suspended over the tassel bottom - quite an elegant look and very
easy to reproduce! All Quadrielle kits are "all-inclusive" so everything
needed to stitch them (except stuffing material) will be included in the kit
for you.....even the needles!

“Williamsburg Tea Caddy Treasure Box”

This jaw-dropping kit was first taught at an exclusive class in Colonial
Williamsburg & is now available to our customers. Discriminating stitchers
will love the ”WILLIAMSBURG TEA CADDY TREASURE BOX” as an heirloom piece to
be passed down through your family for generations. The kit uses special
piecing techniques to “join” White and Rue Green linens to form a
spectacular 4-piece box top. It has a multitude of “fancy stitches” & a
beautiful surface-work technique using bright Silver Japan Thread.
Crystal-Clear Paillettes & Petite beads finish each piece with special
sparkle & each kit gives explicit directions so that all stitch techniques
will be easily understood. Once your stitching is complete be sure to have
your local shop order the custom Burl wood box from Old Colonial Frames &
then begin the coordinating “Tea Caddy Treasure Box Fob” to place inside.
Each kit is “all-inclusive” so everything needed to stitch it will be

Paillettes and even a #26 Tapestry and Beading Needle!

Treasure Box” you’ll love this elegant pieced fob. The kit will give you
explicit instructions (so that all stitch techniques will be easily
understood) to help you “join” White and Rue Green linens to form a

“Chickadee Winter Welcome”

Our new mini-series is a group of mini “Welcome” ornaments for each season
of the year. We continue the series with
“CHICKADEE WINTER WELCOME” on a soft blue linen that features a sweet little
Chickadee perched on a pine bough with “Winter Berry” embellishments to add
some 3-dimensional interest. What a festive touch to add to your home for
the cold Winter months! Every kit is "all-inclusive" so everything needed
to stitch them will be included in the kit for you.....even the needles.
Also, since framing can be so expensive we have custom-cut mounting boards
for this Welcome series so that you can finish your stitchery to look just
like the model in the photo. (See below for further details.) Mounting
Boards are custom shaped & come in a set of 2 - one for the front and one
for the back of your ornament. They’re available through your local
needlework shop & will make finishing your ornament a breeze! I plan to
change my “Welcomes” with the seasons and will have them hanging on the knob
of our entry hall table - where will you put yours?

"W” Is For Witch”

Our French Alphabet series continues with “W Is For Witch.” As Halloween
approaches I know you’ll fall head over heels for the darling and totally
“un-scary” little Witch in this piece....isn’t she adorable? This
all-inclusive kit is worked on Summer Khaki Linen and is embellished with
Crème Pearls, a Crème Pearl Heart & a sprinkling of beads. It will add a
festive touch to your home for Halloween. As this series reaches the end of
the alphabet I’ve decided to stitch all of the alphabet into a lovely
quilted wall hanging but imagine how sweet it would be as a baby quilt. You
might want to check to make sure you have all the kits so you’ll be able to
do the same!

Teenie Hardanger IV

Are you ready to try Hardanger? What better way to “give it a go” than
with this cute little floral Square with a simple diamond shaped Hardanger
motif in the center. Worked in pretty Mauve and Olive Green tones on 28
count Platinum Cashel Linen both “Teenie Hardanger IV” and it’s lovely
companion “Teenie Hardanger V” have coordinated rosebud floral motifs so
they’ll work well as a “set” in your home. Both are perfect for beginners
who want to try their hand at Hardanger without feeling overwhelmed & work
great as an intro to Hardanger shop class too! Both will sparkle in your
home as they are adorned with our Crystal-AB Paillettes which come with the
pattern.

Teenie Hardanger V

Once you’ve mastered “Teenie Hardanger IV” move on to the coordinating design
“Teenie Hardanger V” which has a lovely heart shaped Hardanger motif in the
center. Both have floral rosebud motifs and are identical in size so
they’ll work well as a “set” in your home. This design is perfect for a
beginner Hardanger class as well. Both will sparkle in your home as they
are adorned with our Crystal-AB Paillettes which come with the pattern.

Christmas Fishin’

CHRISTMAS FISHIN’ has a darling little Polar Bear doing a bit of “ice
fishing.” He’s a successful fisherman too as he’s just caught with the
cutest little Silver Fish! This will make the sweetest holiday ornament for
your tree! & to help you with the
“finishing” we now have custom-cut mounting boards so your ornament can look
just like the one on the cover. (See below for further details.) These are
